Solo Event Issue - Same event 3rd time in 30hrs

Tech Combat event.. 3rd time in last 30hrs
Is this a bug?

Same 7hr event.. looks like a bug

Not exactly the same, they all have different killing blow requirements. One was a special attack, another a medium attack and now a heavy attack.
