The Node “Seeing Red” is bugged

Here’s the node
But it’s seem never to “purify” any bleeds when I activate my specials is this a bug or am I not understanding the node

Death spores reduces opponent's chance to purify a debuff. Attacker gets the purify ability through the Defender. As the node is placed on the Defender reducing his ability accuracy will affect the node.
