Bug in Hades invasion

Yesterday i didn't recieved key from master difficulty.
Today i didn't recieved key from epic difficulty.

Are these keys random at end or is it a bug?

I am getting shards

    Are you sure you’re not just clicking past the Rewards screen from the BOSS VICTORY fight too fast (that's where you see the Key), and so you missed seeing it by the time you get the 2nd rewards screen afterwards (which is for COMPLETION, aka your screencap above), which only contains the Shards ?

    After final boss fight key is displayed. After quest completion shards are displayed.
    Not a bug.
