How does Domino bypass the 50k cap in LOL?

I’ve been testing domino lately in LOL and it always seemed like my domino wouldn’t hit 50k numbers as if it would in some YouTube videos. Please tell me how this works

She reduces ability accuracy. I think Gwenpool, Elektra, Crossbones, etc theoretically could do the same thing, granted you found a way for them to deal 50k+ damage (is this even possible??)

hit the specials when the opponent is unlucky, their AAR is at 50%
