A glitch of some sort

So Good Night to all but I just beat act 2 and I claimed my summoner sigil from thanos in my inbox but for some weird reason its not coming up on my account I got all the other rewards like the discount on premium crystals and the upgrades to daily and free crystals I even restart the game to see if I had to restart it for it too pop up
