So I just pulled hulkbuster as a 5* and I'm wondering if I should use my t4cc to r4 him instead of Punisher 2099 (duped). In addition I have 2 tech awakening gems, so I could also awaken him right now too. Please vote and comment why.

    Punisher 2099 has more utility but hulkbuster hits harder and has a massive regen when awakened at a high sig

    Hulkbuster doesn’t need awakening.

    Punisher 2099 has decent damage, great power control, and lots of utility. He’s an excellent choice.

    He can actually get to a 180% enervate, which I’d say is fairly decent. Sure, the sig ability is a nice bonus, but he also got a hefty armor break that can’t be evaded.

    Hulkbuster's armor break although not noticed is literally the exact same as well, so armor breaks don't matter
    Disintegration debuff + overdrive = 180% reduced combat power rate
