Fix the unplayable Nebula

Hi again guys, just opened a 5s nebula but i note that when she is blocking while charging her shock stacks and got hit, the timer of the shocks get reset. Please fix, second post, still get ignored by kabam? Lets see.

it doesn't only reset, it gets like a second counter and after both of them end, you can charge again, js
