How does Killmonger's reverberation triggered?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wh1-gKoP-HQ
Can you guys see the video? I test few times with ghost, sometime the reverberation triggered but you won't receive any damage from it.

does it mean if it's less than one bar of power then you will never receive damage from it?

Based on his power, surprised how you have 5-65s and aren’t aware of that

It’s strength of dependent on how full his power meter is. So at 0 power, like at the start of the fight, it has 0% potency. At 3 bars of power, it has 100% potency

Ok, so actually the damage is fixed, depends on the power when you triggered the Vibranium Armor.

It's a bit weird, I just recorded another video, apparently the damage changes along with killmonger's energy. But that's not the case in the first video.

It is the case. You hit him when he had 0 power. So it had 0% potency

The order of operations is this:
    1. You hit Killmonger
    2. Reverberation activates
    3. Killmonger gains power

I mean, I never knew this, and I’m definitely not a noob. I just always bring armor break champs so I never HAD to learn. Also never had a KM above a 3*, so I had no reason to read all his abilities.
