Never heard of him, how good is he?

    He's a monster. Evade counter, at just 5 charges is the best utility he can give you right now. His light combo ending bleeds are really potent.

    Stun of sp2, massive damage of sp3., His 8 hit sp1 helps you manage champs like thor ragnarok
