Help with masteries needed, do my champs, She-Hulk particularly need despair and petrify?

Hi folks, here is my roster and my masteries, please tell me how useful are despair (2/3) and petrify (3/3) for my champs.
Do I understand it right, since She-Hulk is probably the only strong champ of mine that applies petrify, and her description says that her sp2 reduces healing and power gain "115% flat", for her it doesnt matter if I have 1 or 3 points in petrify mastery?
How about others? Should I move points to MD, I have strong Doom and Dormammu, also 5* Magik waiting to be ranked

    15 points in defense seem too much for me, plus almost none of my champs regens except Dormammu so wouldn't put them in recovery

    recovery effects WP heal as well, any form of heal, Hyperion most people overlook has a very very nice heal.

    Would G2099 also heal more with recovery and wp?

    yes for recovery. robots don't get wp which is confusing
