Who should I use my Five star skill awakening gem on

So yesterday I opened a five star crystal and got Aegon and the day before that I got black widow deadly origins I have a five star skill awakening gem but I have no idea who to use it on I know Aegon needs high Sig and I have Sig stones to pour into him if needed
