Since hulkbuster isn’t one of the top 3 best tech champs (at least in my opinion), I’d say r5 over r2. Not only because it costs less, but also because he’s awakened which is nice to have, and additionally 6*s have higher value due to being able to go past that 5/65 power level, and that’s why I think he’s better to max out as a 5*, because imo he’s not worth r3 or r4 in the future.

That’s just my opinion on it
