What level of Alliance should I join?

Considering moving ally’s. Wondering what level I should try and join. Gold maybe? I’m tired of carrying my ally. I attached my roster. I will have an R5 and another 6* within a month.

Some things to consider:
I’m F2P, active a lot, as I said I will likely R5 doom soon. I don’t line either. 😭Thanks.

    I sent you an invite to join our alliance. We are pretty new, but have some advanced accounts. Currently doing map 3, hopefully map 4 next month and we do 1 bg in AW.

    I'd say Map 3/4 and Silver 1 or Gold 3.

    The issue with gold 3 is that the alliances there will start shifting towards r4 defenders ideally. Personally, map 5 and silver 1 or map 4/5 is doable with this roster as map 3 alliances don't give much and map 4x5 gives a decent amount of glory

    Gold is quite hard to get to unless you have many very dedicated war players in the alliance to 1 shot almost every fight. For gold all defenders would need to be diverse
