250k+ 4400 prestige looking for alliance

Hey folks looking for a new alliance. Unfortunately due to life and work (I am a doctor) can't play 24/7. Last alliance just had a few over bearing people who turned me off to game. Want to find a solid alliance who won't be pushy and jerks if I can't log in for a few hours at start of AQ and AW.

Use to running Map 5 x4 a week

Looking for relaxed group who understands life is more important and some weeks can't be 100%
Want alliance who runs AQ map 5 at least 3 days a cycle
Finishes item and quest event
