Is 5 star Crossbones worth ranking up?

I pulled Crossbones as a 5 star and thinking whether to rank him up. His abilities to not crit makes him a counter to sinister and the like of nodes like Spiked Armor and cascading failure. To be honest I believe he's underrated and quite useful. So should I rank him up?

There are, and also he counters the nodes, but there isn’t much else he’s amazing for. Nice aar, but his furies remove block proficiency which is NECESSARY in act 6, also there are nodes like Crit me with your best shot. He’s not that great, and personally, I wouldn’t rank him. But that decision is all up to you

Thank you @Monke I do have other skill champs to go with even if I ranked him he would be more than rank 3
