Screen freezing

I haven't been able to get a good run at AQ because of screen freezing at the choosing champ for fight screen..... I'll get one or two fights in and then the next fight will be loading and the next thing you know I'm at path screen and not even get into the fight and depending on how much health I have... I'm losing my champ or half my health... Sooo frustrating!!!! How am I supposed to be helpful if I'm losing my champs so quickly?
