War Dockings - Please also address Ratings

I applaud Kabam for the recent War points dockings and subsequent bans.
As you know, many alliances were affected by the cheating. My own alliance missed Platinum 2 in Season 19 and missed Platinum 1 in Season 20 because we lost to cheats.
I understand that you can’t retrospectively fix lost rewards.
However, what you CAN do is also dock them War Rating.
Why should the Alliances that cheated remain in their current Tier?
We are in #37 and if the cheats above us were docked rating, we would be Top 30 and benefit from starting Season 22 with a Tier 1 x8 Multiplier.
That’s the least Kabam can do for all of us affected.
