CAIW 5* high sig versus newly duped 6*

This has been discussed a lot in the past, but what is the current thinking on a champion like Captain America Infinity War? I have him at 5* R3 sig 150 and just duped a 6*. I can maybe take the 6* to sig 80. I have already invested a lot in the 5*, but I need to think about Thronebreaker options.
