LF alliance with no line/discord requirements that matches my activity

I save my crystals and items for alliance events, and grind arena/quests plus always press the request for help button. Looking for an alliance that matches my level of activity.
Uncollected 5K prestige, EST timezone
What I can contribute:
SA: 10-85k
Arena Wins: 15k to 35k
Item Use: 3k to 20k
Completion: 10-25k
Avengers/X-Men/Villains/Guardians: 100k to 500k
My champs aren't great so my AW defence is very lacking. Make up for it with my attack kills: 5 to 10 per game in Silver 2 Intermediate

I have only done maps 1-3 for AQ, never attempted 4 or anything higher.
What I am looking for:
3 BGs of AQ
Optional AW Silver 2 or higher
Hopefully an alliance where I don't lead in every alliance event (especially in SA or arena wins)
Line/discord or any other chat apps are not required. I do have both if you like to see screenshots of my accomplishments, but I would prefer not to use them as I am always proactive in moving in AQ and AW.
