Please fix Ghost

Ghost's precision passive claims "guearenteed critical hits". But that is downright false.
Usually this is not a problem. But when fighting champs like Emma Frost or any other champ is Oscillate this becomes a hurdle.
And when fighting champs with 90% Crit Resistance this changes the game. Ghost looses so much values. I got 5 Cruelty and 5 Fury with my R5 Ghost and got an sp2 hit for less than 10K.
This has to be fixed

Why is it always the opponent's abilities taking precedence over the attacker ( us ) abilities?? LOL.
Guaranteed critical hits means "Guaranteed" and there's no other way around it. otherwise it shouldn't be called "Guaranteed"
