Has something happened with AW start time?

Normally, AW matchmaking starts 6 PM EST and attack phase starts at 2 PM EST the next day. With the change in daylight savings, I understand there might be an hour shift. But today's attack phase has started two hours earlier than normal. Are other alliances experiencing this as well?
