Who to r2/r5 after act 6

Since I recently completed act 6 I have a ton of t5b and t2 alpha expiring. I don't know who to take up though, any advice?
My 2 current r5's are ghost and Cap IW
I have completed v2 and v3

Options to r5 are

I'd rank Venom because with only 2, 3 after this rank up, r5 champs they'd all get a lot of use and Venom is by the most fun of those to play. He also does great damage, stops all spider-verse champs from evading, has unblockable specials when the defender is below 18% health (great for fighting IMIW) and spamming his sp1 let's you regen forever.
