Kabam almost dropped the ball on Immortal Hulk

Now before you people pounce on me, this is a serious post after analysing his spotlights and seeing CCP gameplay and just an opinion but man I'm sad since being marvel fans, we deserve much better Hulks in-game and this Hulk had SO MUCH POTENTIAL but Kabam squandered him in ways only kabam can..

The champs entire offense is tied to his rage stacks but the window of stacks being 1.5 - 2 seconds is WAY too short to keep up without playing hyper aggressively and even then requires the AI to co-operate and special attacks last more than his countdown smh...

Couldn't his rage stacks pause during opps special attacks as well ?? Or somehow give him a taunt like she hulk for more control during fights like She Hulk ??? ❎

His rotation is EXTREMELY FUN and never before seen but isn't practical for most high end fights...why ?? Why does his heavy have pathetic reach when it's an important part of his rotation ?? ❎

Immortality is very cool but why is the cooldown a massive 50 seconds duration ?? You get down to 1% real quick especially with sp2 stun chain and you gotta play with HUGE RISK as he can't even block much since Kabam gave him poor block proff on top, good luck surviving multiple times on 1% health during long and stacked fights ❎

Now on top of all this, Immortal Hulk doesn't even gain net positive healing during fights so it's minuses in terms of questing content despite being a champ that benefits the most from suicides

And then lol you people couldn't even smooth his rotation a little bit and gave him an INCONSISTENT stun on a vanilla sp1 with no other effect

And then CHERRY ON TOP being 5% critical rate 😂🤦

TL,DR - Immortal Hulk is extremely fun and unique entry in the contest but Kabam fumbled his kit sadly.

Fellow Summoners, our search for a hulk that lives up to its source material legacy doesn't stop here, looks like we keep moving ✔️

    I agree with you
Just watched another CCP member struggle to get to 25 rage stacks, managed 22 at the very end vs ROL WS
It's supposed to promote an aggressive playstyle but the reality is we're at the mercy of the AI
One block and poof .. all stacks gone

5% crit rating makes him a decent counter to nodes that punish critting.

You want an excellent hulk, look no further than Gladiator Hulk. Best Bruce Banner in the game

I agree with you. I'm not saying the crit rate is bad, it just seems to me as though it's a consequence of having a great Immortal mechanic; in other terms you can't have both, because it's too OP.

Which is fine, but the rotation took a hit.

I think its a common theme in 2020 honestly. Most characters have unrealistic and weird kits, which looks cool but we wouldn't use because we already have easier and better champs. See Storm Pyramid X, Apocalypse (speaking of his immunites that takes 8 seconds to build, and his damage which has weird mechanics), Proff. X. If the kit is too unrealistic we get Moleman or Terrax. If its actually a realistic kit, they shine above other 2020 champs, like Guardian, CGR, and Red Guardian. Nothing fancy, just good to use.

Same with immortal hulk and immortal Abomination. I think immortal abomination's kit looks more traditional and probably more realistic to use, and IMHO, they dropped the ball with Immortal Hulk, because he really shouldv been a champ that we really want to use, since people know him from the comics and are super hyped, or not know him and have no reason to want him unless he's great since he's like the 6th Hulk

I agree fully except your observations on Proff X and Apocalypse, Proff X is a brilliant champion tbh and his rotation is tricky but still very smooth

Apocalypse on the other hand is Jesus based on his synergies alone

Maybe there is a specific rotation he must be used in but we just haven't discovered it.

Remember the situations with tigra, quake, corvus etc where ppl were throwing shade on them, this may be another one of those moments.

Until then I'm gonna have to agree with you
