Anybody getting these?

I know it has been discussed and complained about, but I have not seen anybody with actual solutions, suggestions, wins, or just luck in getting 4 tier class specific catalysts. I am in the same boat as many needing 3 (and more) to rank up a 5*. With the few 3 tier shards available to get each week it would take about 3 years to complete which this game will have 8* champions by then. Anybody getting these? Is there an area I should focus on? or stategy to earn more shards?
