if you've been here for a while in this game, do you remember those free rewards that the collector gives out when the contest was bugged or when there was multiple emergency server maintenances ? What happened to those? Kabam a lot of people isn't happy with the contest right now and you know it. Why haven't you given those free stuff recently? I don't get it. Kabam if your reading this, we could really use some free stuff after all these things you did that didn't make us happy

    They're under new management now, chances are we won't ever see those messages again. Maybe more Gold Realms or Halls of Healing.

    @Jon8299 didn't they stop sending these apology rewards before they were under the new management.

    Not really stop. They just stated that those messages would go after they fix a major bug, Evade Bug or issues like with Pure Skill.

    Before the gold realm and halls of healing, we would have gotten an apology message, the last time we got those 2 quests.
