White magneto prefight still broken after fix

Hey so before the fix sometimes the parry wouldn't proc, other times it would and it would be passive, now after the fix its proccing all the time but its never a passive, its always a debuff, idk if the +15% attack is factoring in even. Thats in ROL against WS, prefight active, capmovie is obviously a #hero u can see the tag, and its not only in ROL, everywhere its not working
