Falcon vs Abyss Thing.
While Lock On is active, Thing doesn't get any rock stacks and Falcon gains a passive cruelty charge. At about 96-100 (100 is the cap), even if you have Lock On active, Thing continues to gain rock stacks. So basically Lock On becomes useless.
Is this intended, due to the cap? It shouldn't be, so BUG.
