Colossus heavy and special attacks

So I was just reading his ability and noticed that in his description, he has the ability to gain attack based on armor during special and heavy attacks. Does that ability add on to the fury he gets when he heavy attacks? also, both of those ability says that they increase up to X amount based on colossus's armor, what is the maximum amount of armor colossus need for the attack bonus to be at max? 20 stacks?

The attack bonus can go over 20 stacks with sp2. The max amount of damage is 20 armor ups and parry heavy for the fury into sp2, which gives around 12 armor ups, which increase damage more. So yes, the heavy fury stacks on the armor up damage
