Does cable with the apoc synergy have the potential to clear a first run of abyss??

Currently he’s a 6* duped r1 but would look to take him to rank 2 if needed

Depends on who else you're planning to bring, just using cable you're going to have huge problems against IMIW since in Abyss against a defender with a class advantage they get an insane amount of block penetration which will make cable almost unusable in that fight. The Aegon boss has -100% offensive ability accuracy reduction so I believe you won't be able to heavy degen in that fight again making cable basically unusable. HTD will be very difficult as well. I also don't think he would be very good against the Collector final boss since he has tenacity that makes your parries very unreliable. On top of all that you're also going to need a counter to mephisto as well as a strong nullify champion for Medusa, the champion and Hyperion. Cable could work but he has some super bad matchups so you'll need to build your team accordingly. He also definitely needs to be taken up to at least rank 2. At rank one he just won't have the stats or challenger rating to do well in Abyss.
