Foresight global node

Please make foresight permanent alliance quest global node. AQ is very tedious and boring. Foresight makes it a little less tedious and boring. AQ is very long and doing same 20 fights 5 days in a row is not very exciting. However, if you are skilled, you can finish a 2 minute fight in under 30 seconds with foresight.
