I know what you mean but there is no such thing as standing intercepts, because the tricks of intercept is to create distance and whenever you try to intercept your champ move forwards (ie you right thumb touch the screen). Anyway the following vis is useful reference.

I think you mean Light Intercepts. The timing is the same when you're baiting a parry from a dash attack but instead of doing a well-timed block, hit with a light attack.
