I was testing out my awakened 4/55 gambit in "Or is he Both?" - Mutant Cav Diff Quest - and he was hitting painfully low numbers even w 20 Seeing Red Prowess stacks and 10 stacks of his personal Prowess. That's when it hit me - his real issue. His critical rating is ****. He gets the nice crit damage boost from his sig, but it doesn't help if you never crit. That's when an idea whacked me in the face - what if, instead of putting him back to 40% prowess (i understand why Kabam did not put him back to this), he just gained a crit rating boost per prowess in addition to the crit damage boost. I think this is a small adjustment that could make a big difference. Thoughts?
