Progression Help (Content-wise)

Hello all,
I’m currently debating on what to do content-wise. I’ve done 100% variant 2 and 3, can’t really do 4 without 1* hulk.
I’ve done a completion run on Variant 1, and Act 6. I’m not sure what else is there to do in order. I’m leaning towards an abyss clear, I have all horsemen except doom, and I have all the champs pretty much covered for the other content on this list. Just not sure where to start.
