I think this seems like a very simple idea. If you're in event quest or story quest, I think you should be able to access other quests. If there's a problem with the energy cost, maybe just limit it to the side quest which has no energy cost. I've found myself in many different situations where it would be amazing to go into a side quest while I wait for energy to refill or even go into the side quest for extra resources. I think if it's possible for the game designers to implement this into the game, it would greatly help the community. Then again, I'm not a game designer, and the only thing I've coded is a knock-off version of flappy bird. Thank you for attending my TED talk.
