Casual alliance with Lv 40+ players, no need for 3rd party message apps or even in game chat. Just play the game regularly and help contribute to alliance events.
No specific requirements to join though at least Level 20 and varied roster would help in participating.
Alliance Quest and War are not obligatory but do put in some effort when participating in them. No freeloading.
