Stuck on load screen

Why am I stuck on the load screen. I have to be on WiFi to play. Haven’t had this issue before and it’s the same for others. Any idea what’s going on? I can play every other game and stream music using cell data but not MCOC

Try using a VPN or another carrier. It happened to me once, I could only play if I use a VPN or another carrier, I'm not sure why

My alliance mate has same issue he has t mobile... I have sprint who just merged with t mobile

or past the loading screen
