Questions on alliance quests

Hello. It's nice to see that you are working on the game and it is gradually improving. But there are several buts.
1. busy champions for single content. You added notifications to allies in the game, but for several months you have not been able to remove the check for champion participation in AQ / AW?
Being a champion is such an inconvenience, such a hemorrhoid. I can't play your game stably for 5 days out of 8, and that's if there is no war! Don't you think this is nonsense?
The officer started Alliance Quest, but I can't go into it, remove someone's gain, because I want to play a story before going to bed. And even after going to AQ, the whole day off I have nothing to do in the game until the evening, until this **** task is completed.

2. rank rewards for Alliance Quests. For the last six months, he played on the 5th map AQ, where he scored 225 million points for the stage. We wanted to move to the 6th map in order to get even more rewards, but it turned out that they do not give three 4x basic catalysts in rank rewards. That is, I play on a more complex map, pay resources for the entrance, get a little more alpha-2, base-5, a little more fame, but do not get base-4 at all, which is necessary for pumping 6 * ?! And you need a lot of base-4 for 6 * champions. It is also needed to raise 5 * and 4 * champions.
I understand there are many players who only raise the tops and very rarely, and therefore they always have both alpha-1 and base-4, but damn it, go to more complex content and not get a lot of the necessary resource for pumping in exchange for a little more other resources. In my opinion, this is not equivalent.
On the ranked rewards screen in the game, base-4 is not shown, but it is given.

3. Bonuses for the leader and officers. The leader and officers are looking for players, placing defenses and picking up variety, launching alliance timing tasks, watching the successful closing of cards on AQ, AW, urging on the laggards. The game ultimately becomes like a second job and gets insulted from disgruntled players at worst and understanding at best. He himself was for a long time both an officer and leader of the union, and if you can find a simple player in the union, the task is feasible, then it is very difficult to find an officer in the battle group - few people want to be one. Should the leader and officers be given more fame for AQ, loyalty for AW, or something else to compensate for the efforts? So that players do not abuse this and do not raise all members of the alliance to an officer, give the bonus only to 3-4 officers maximum. Maybe at least it will make it easier to find such players.
