Problem with act 6.3?

I’m clearing through 6.3 on my mini acc and I used blade to clear a few paths. It went very well.

I’m wondering if it’s a bug and I’ve been able to access a version of act 6 outside the current meta?

I did use domino extensively on my main acc throughout act 6. Did I do something else wrong?
