I'm torn - which 5* should I take to R5 first??

So I already have a decent squad of 6* R2 and 5* R5 champs:

Tech: 6* Guillotine 2099, 5* Warlock, 5* Spidey Stark
Cosmic: 5* Hyperion, 5* Medusa
Mystic: 6* Dr Doom, 5* Ghost Rider
Skill: 5* Nick Fury
Science: 5* Cap America IW
Mutant: 6* Domino

Which of the following champs should I take up for end game content? I'm Cavalier, but have not completed Chapter 6.2 or long quests like LOL.

    You are right - this poll is very tight across the board! I like your advice. To be honest, Human Torch and Aegon are newer champs for me who I haven't really used much of, especially Aegon. I just threw him in there because there is so much hype around him and I have a generic awakening gem to use plus 100 skill stones sitting around with no one to use them on. So if its who I use most and have a lot of fun with, that would certainly be Archangel for sure.
