Champion Update/Tune-Up Suggestions: The Defenders

With the Devil of Hell's Kitchen buff incoming and Variant 6 involving the Defenders, here is a proposed buff to some of the more underperforming members. The first three buffs are more along the line of overhauls or massive updates to the kits while the last two are a small tune-up that would make them better in the long run. In the order each are improved; Iron Fist, Punisher and Moon Knight; Elektra and Howard the Duck.

Feel free to comment on if the changes are undertuned, overtuned or just right. Will probably work on the Sinister Six next.

Moon Knight isn't buffed(yet), but these proposed buffs are what I believe the direction taken should be for these champions.
