I have 6* ghost and capiw also have 5* wasp but both 6* are unduoped whom to rank up

Duped you could argue for Cap IW but unduped it is easily ghost.

Since you don’t have CAIW duped, you shouldn’t even be wondering. The answer is Ghost by a lot.

CapIW is my favorite champ in the game, I have a 5* r5 and 6* r3 both sig 200 BUT unduped he loses most of his utility...he's still a big hitter and has glancing but Ioses his debuffs, debuff purification, etc.

Ghost loses a lot too but not as much as CapIW.
