There was a vague and completely unclear sentence in the annual deal promotion message, and we did not fully understand it all. Now, after seeing the deals, the meaning of this sentence (blue) is clear and the problems related to trust have returned.

I have no idea what trust problems are but Kabam really needs to remember that a big chunk of its users are not native English speakers and they should make their messages simple and clear

That was not the point of this post and I think the user can choose different languages in his/her ingame settings.

What is the trust issue you’re talking about? I can’t see one personally. If that text means that you can’t get cavalier deals, become Thronebreaker the buy those deals too, what’s the issue? That’s something that should never really have been possible in the first place.

OP is implying that Kabam knew this was a huge middle finger to Cav players before the deal ever launched. I think he’s right. I posted a thread about this earlier, but Thronebreaker has been a scam from the start.

The roadmap in June had plans for 2021 but no mention of a new progression title that dropped in Sept 2020. The canceled act 6 nerfs. Glory store BS. Cyber Weekend deals. All while they sold endless selectors to anyone who’d pay. There are still layers out there who could get their t5cc without getting half a t5cc of any other class. Meanwhile, many of us will quickly go from no 3/45 champs to several as various classes limp across the finish line.

There was a thread, where kabam mike said the sentence is about deals themselves and you will most likely be able to get those offers, if your reach next progression level during weekend. That's actually what it says in mail.
