6* Cap IW, worthy of ranking unawakened?

After yesterdays to least say mediocre deals i couldnt help meself. I ended up pulling a 6* Cap iw. I know how useful he is since he is the only 4* I use (even if it is rarely theese days).
But the 6* aint awakened and im lackning a 5* one. Is he still worthy of taking to rank 2 or even rank 3 if the chance comes?
