Omega red or Colossus

Have both of these guys at r3, can't decide who to awaken and dump about 100+ sig stones in. I know omega synergy helps colossus a lot, but need to focus on just 1 for now. Haven't played much of the new colossus but I love omega. Trying to pick whoever will help most with variants and/or 6.2+, any input would be helpful, thanks!
