Kabam and emails

Is anyone else having problems with emails and Kabam??

I emailed them Friday night and I had a response back early hours of Saturday morning. I then responded back to them about midday Saturday with the information they requested. It’s now Tuesday and I’ve not heard back. Beginning to think theirs either a problem or am being ignored.

    No no you're not being ignored
    They're probably overwhelmed with tickets and issues from Cyber Weekend
    And they don't usually closes cases without a response or some form of consent from your end
    Try sending a follow up email, maybe your case slipped down the queue

    Just give it some time
    It took Kabam support about 3 days to resolve an issue of mine that I raised on Friday too
