Cap. America (IW) or Void - which 6-star to awaken using a science gem, with 5 sig stones

Which one of these 6-star champs is more worthy of a rank up gem, add 5 sig stones for now, and take to rank 2.
I use both and I'm torn between the two.

Do people not understand Cap IW's sig ability. Unless you have at least 100+ sig stones to put into him his awakened ability is simply not reliable enough to be viable in end game content. This is coming from someone who has 5* cap maxed sig 200 and 6* cap at rank 2. Awakened Void will make him much stronger and though the attack increase won't be that significant you get everything important utility wise by just awakening him
