Should Hit Monkey be coldsnap immune?

I know this is pretty late after his release, but it just occurred to me that Hit Monkey is a Japanese Macaque, also known as snow monkeys, and they live in extremely cold climates.

In fact they live in colder climates than any other primate (aside from humans) and if the ape like Sasquatch (I know he was created from experiments but he still looks ape-ish) is coldsnap immune then shouldn't Hit Monkey be too?
