Dr voodoo not getting LOAs & envenom

Has anyone else had issues with DV not placing LOAs or poisons at rates anywhere near percentages listed for them? I have a 5* unduped DV rank 4 almost fully leveled up. For the last couple of weeks I've noticed reduced loa/poison rates. Over the last 3 days I'm getting 1% LOAs & 2% poison placement (supposed to be 10% & 50%).
Anyone who has gone from rank 3 to 4 knows the vast resources you need to use to do so. Very frustrating when you don't get the effects you're supposed to.

I'll have to record all his fights and start tracking the percentages because I swear I'm not getting anywhere near the 10%/50% loa/poisons it says he's supposed to.

As a frequent Voodoo user, it is very inconsistent. There times I'll have 6 loas in 2 combos. There are times that I'll have 30 hits and 0 loas.

I saw that a bit too but now it's pretty consistent with not placing loa's & poisons at all. When I first noticed I was seeing more like 2% loa & 20% poisons.
