Should I open the upcoming 6* featured?

I only have 25 6*s, and under normal circumstances I would never be able to justify spending the extra 5k shards to open the featured. However, the upcoming featured is probably as good as it will ever get. In addition to the high chance of pulling a usable champion, there's also a chance to pull Ghost, who would be an ideal candidate for my tech t5cc and allow me to become thronebreaker. Should I open the featured during its run or stick to the basics?
