Hyperion Special 1 clarification

Hype’s S1 description reads as such:

This attack Incinerates the enemy, dealing 2299.44 Energy Damage over 10 seconds. This effect also removes Perfect Block Chance and reduces Block Proficiency by 50% while it's active.

My issue is that either Hype is bugged & should deal incinerate on each laser eye hit & or the description needs to clarify the % chance to place an incinerate on the opponent per laser eye hit, similar to how Green Goblin’s description reads 40% chance to power burn on laser blasts.

Same thing with his sp3. The "cosmic overcharge" buff doesn't exist.

Yes it does. It's a very long, less powerful power gain.

I just know the first hit of the SP 1 whiffs against a fair amount of champs.

I got wrecked in incursions by a black panther civil war because of this.
